Corrupt menu files in R13

Hi,
We're running r13 on 20+ workstations from a file server. Each user has his
or her menus and customization files in a personal directory on the file
server. Lately the menu files have been corrupting; AutoCAD will load but
without the menus. When the menus are restored from tape backup the problem
is temporarily solved, but the problem usually comes back, often within the
hour.
Has anyone else seen or solved this problem?
