Copying Deployments - Problems

Hello:

In past versions of AutoCAD and its siblings we would create a deployment located at our main office, and copy it to our regional offices. Once copied, we would modify the paths in the shortcuts to reflect the new server names, run the deployment wizard, and fix any remaining paths to the log file etc. When we try to do that with 2008 for some reason it will not "let go" of the original deployment location path. We edit the INI file under AdminImage and all of the paths in the AutoCAD and Modify_AutoCAD shortcuts and then try to run the Modify_AutoCAD deployment wizard but it is still trying to modify the original deployment located at our main office. Any ideas?

Thanks;
Nick

I just had the same situation and I only had to change the "Target" and
"Start in" fields in the two shortcuts - everything worked fine.
