Consistent crash when borrowing license

Just finished setting up our license server and everything went smooth.
However, I am having an issue with license borrowing.
If I borrow a license, everytime I exit AutoCAD I get an exception in
acbrwStatusBar.arx (see image). It does not give me the option to send a
CER either. Has anyone else had any issues similar to this?

AutoCAD 2006 SP1
Windows XP Pro SP2

I'm guessing your users don't have admin rights. Log in as Administrator to see if this error still occurs. Borrowing is also user specific, so make sure you return the borrowed license and re-borrow it as Administrator.

Good luck.

Travis,
I am setup as administrator both on the network and my local machine. I
have also noticed that when I return the license, the LockUI icon in the
lower right corner goes away. Any other suggestions?

I really appreciate your help...

Interesting. Have you checked the permissions on that particular file? Somehow I gotta think there is some permissions that are wrong.

Nothing seems out of the ordinary. The permissions are set the same as
everythings else...

Hi Joel,

We have the same problem on our notebooks.
Interesting is that we have the same specs:
AutoCAD 2006 SP1
Windows XP Pro SP2

Do you have already a solution? Message was edited by: lambiek
