Communicator 2013 silent installation fails

I noticed that AMC2013 is now a single MSI file, which is good.

On the contrary the installation fails if run through MSIEXEC from a network drive where we have copied the contents of the DVD onto.

The log file of the installation is attached.

The command line used is: MsiExec.exe /passive /norestart /log "%TMP%\MFcommunicator2013.log" /i "U:\Moldflow\2013_Basis_Synergy32\x86\amc\amc.msi" ALLUSERS=1 ADDLOCAL=all

Thanks in advance for any light on this.

Error 1606. Could not access network location \Setup

Make sure that you have full admin read/write privileges to your folder.

I do have full administrative rights to the folder, since I am using the domain administrator account.

I just think that the setup still thinks it is run from a DVD, but it is actually on a network drive.

The root folder is "U:\Moldflow\2013_Basis_Synergy32" and not "D:\" as the setup seems to expect.

So the path returned is "U:\Setup", whereas it should be
"U:\Moldflow\2013_Basis_Synergy32\Setup".

I think that the installer is badly written witht oo many assumptions in mind.
