We are try to install the Product Design Suite 2014 Trial. When the *Setup.exe runs, we get the Communication Failure error. We have turned off the Microsoft and Norton Firewalls.
We have tried going to Matt, the Virtual Assistant, however the Ask button is not working.
We need to get this solved soon!

It would be helpful if the Install Now Help page listed the webpage you mentioned as well as easy access (link to the webpage) and instructions for using the Virtual Assistant.
You should have two options on the trial either to "Try" or "Activate". Please be sure to use the "Try" option that you are not prompted for a serial number and you can use the 30 day trial.
