Cloud Rendering of AutoCAd Architecture drawings.

I can render my AutoCAD Architecture drawings on my computer but not at a resolution that I would want. When I send the drawings to be rendered on the 360 Cloud they come back with all architectural elements removed, no walls, windows or doors. Has anyone else had this problem ?
