Clear upgrade information please!

Trying to figure out what upgrade we are eligible for and I could not parse the information on your website in any meaningful way.

 

We have 2 single-seat licenses and both are currently running  3DS Max 9. We would like to upgrade both seats to 3DS Max 2011. Can you tell me how much these upgrades will cost?
