Civil Service Pack 2

Whenever I try to install Civil Design Service Pack 2, it prompts me for the
serial number and cd key but the boxes are greyed out and I am unable to
continue the installation. I've run it on a stand-alone version and it runs
fine. Is this a problem with my network install or bug within the service
pack?

Note: Service pack 1 did the same thing.

Any input is greatly appreciated,

Brian

I can't install Civil Service Pack 2. The install stops at the screen
asking for the Serial Number and the CD key. I am setup as a client
deployment.

The Server is a Windows '95 PC, and the client is a Windows 2000 PC.
The image resides as a shared folder on the Windows '95 Server (mapped
as a network drive).

I had this problem on the Windows '95 PC's too, and the solution was to
open the folder on the server so the Service Pack could find the
original install for the serial number.

Any suggestions?
