Installed 2013, but on start up get error regarding aeccpressurepipe. When I go to pressure pipe parts list locks up with unhandled error. Any suggestions.

Unfortunately it sounds like you have a bad installation. I would recommend starting with a Repair Installation, and if that does not work move on to a clean installation.
