Civil 3D installation failed

Hello, last night I went to bed while I was downloading Civil 3D, during the night, my computer turned off. Then in the morning I verified the download and it was incomplete. Now I want to download the software right, but the system tell me that I already download the software. How can I get the software right?

you can download it here(trial version) and use your serial number to activate
