Civil 3D 2014 extension PDF still uses 2013 references & needs to be updated

I am currently setting up a Civil 3D 2014 network deployment to include the automatic install of its extensions like Cartogramma Utility. The install PDF needs to be updated as it has refernces to 2013, wrong folder name for Img folder and wrong exe filename.

I have highlighted in red below the out of date 2013 references for the section "Add Productivity Tools to a Civil 3D deployment". I haven't looked at the other 2014 extensions PDF yet, but they should be checked also and corrected if wrong.

1. Create a base deployment of Autodesk® AutoCAD® Civil 3D® 2014. This should be an out-of-the-box deployment with as little customization as possible other than license information.

2. Under \AdminImage create a "ProductivityTools" folder

3. Copy the Cartogramma Utility for Autodesk® AutoCAD® Civil 3D® 2014 to \AdminImage\ProductivityTools\Cartogramma

4. Right-click on the INI file located in the \AdminImage\subfolder that shares the name with the newly created deployment configuration

5. Scroll to the #==================== C3D LanguagePack section. Append the following to the POSTREQUISITE= line: Civil3D2013_Cartogramma. If there are other items in that line, you should add a semicolon after the last item and append the line above.

6. Scroll to the #==================== Common Main Pages: Install Mode section.

Before this section copy and past in the following:

#============= PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS ===============

[Civil3D2013_Cartogramma]

PLATFORM=ALL

PRODUCT_NAME=

Civil 3D 2014 Cartogramma Utility

LOG=%temp%\

Civil3D2013_Cartogramma.log

EXE_PATH=ProductivityTools\

Cartogramma\Civil3D_2013_CARTOGRAMMA_64bit.exe

EXE_PARAM=/q

INSTALL_TYPE=4

ACTION=INSTALL

IGNORE_FAILURE=YES

PATCHES=

7. Repeat steps 3-6 with any additional Productivity Tools specifying each one separately.

8. Save and close the modified INI file.

Install the deployment to test configuration.
