We have a client that ran into an issue when he tried to install Civil 3D 2011 on a machine running Win 7 64-bit. He said the install would just stop and close without warning or error. He was able to finally get 2011 installed by rebuilding the machine without ACAD 2007. Originally it had Win 7 pro 64bit ( w/ updates), office 2007, acrobat 9 std, acad 07, acad 2011.

Anyone else have this problem or know why this would occur?

AutoCAD 2007 is not supported on Windows 7 64-bit.
