Changing computers.

I am a little stuck and need some help. I am a student and I have just recently downloaded Autodesk Max, Cad and Revit onto this computer (Windows Vista.) This has caused my computer to run at the rate of a snail.
I have just bought a new laptop, so this should allow everything to run smoothly. But how do I go about getting them off this computer and installing them onto windows 7 without registration problems. The programs will be unistalled on this computer.
