We have an existing ADLM service running on IPX.

I have 41 License's running and purchased a further 27.

When i applied for the authorisation for the 27 new License's i went to the ADLM floating license creation tool and enter my host name it gave me a server code which was the same as the first code.
i sent of the code and got it all authorised.

When i enter the key code it enters the licenses and removes the previous 41.

How can i add the 27 ato the 41.

Can anybody help.

Thank you

Steve -

You need to call and get a new auth code. Explain to them that you are adding 27 licenses
to 41 license so you need an auth code for 68 licenses, not just the 27 new ones.

They do that all the time.
