    Cant install acad 2013

    I have downloaded acad 2013, but when I start setup, it immediately closes but leaves the initialisation window hanging.

    I have Vista, and currently running acad 2010. Can anyone help please?

    Please note that AutoCAD 2013 is not supported on Windows Vista.  You might be able to get it working, however you would have to provide additional information on your failure.

    Ok thanks for confirming. Before I get too bogged down with 2013, maybe I should just try 2012, or are there Vista problems with that one too? Thanks.

    I installed AutoCAD 2013 on Windows Vista Ultimate (32-bit version) without any issues.  Generally speaking, if the software runs on Windows 7, it should also run on Vista.  Autodesk just isn't supporting it on Vista because Microsoft was originally planning to drop support for Vista already.
