I am trying to install a student version of Autodesk 3ds Max Design, however when I try to download the link, nothing happens.  I looked around and it looks like I need to download the Autodesk Download Manager, however I cannot find a link for it.  Is there somewhere I've missed, that has a link for the download manager?

Hello. There is no separate download for a maager. It should trigger as you download. If you have a popup blocker or an internet setting preventing popups or addins, it could interfere, I suppose.

Take some things into consideration with your download:

There may be different download methods available from your page. If so, try a different method.

If you are on a wireless connection, plug in.

Check potential software blocks: browser popup settings, antivirus settings, etc.

If you are plugged in, plug into a different terminal.

Use a different web browser, or network altogether.

Also, this/these is/are large files. If your bandwidth takes time, you may want to review your computer sleep settings. If your computer goes into hibernation during a long download- it will likely affect your download.

I did finally figure this issue out.  I had a Chrome Extension that was blocking the download.

I tried all of that and nothing is working. I cannot see te download link and nothing is prompting a download.

Hi Malak,

We were experiencing an issue earlier in the day that was preventing the download buttons from displaying correctly. As this has sense been resolved, can you please try again and let us know if you're still not seeing it?

Hi having the same problem, only Browser Download is comming up no Option for DLM to download with
