Cannot activate AutoCAD Design Suite Standard 2013

Hi,

I'm installing and activating my Autocad Design Suite Standard 2013 but i cannot activate. I purchase this last year and did'nt use it. I'm just only installing today. Please see attached image. Is there any one can help me to activate my license.

It looks like your product may have been upgraded to a newer version. Could you please send me a Private Message (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message) with your serial number so that I can confirm?
