Hi ya,
for the last two days i have been getting the following message when trying to log into my autodesk subsction centre account:
"We are sorry... There was an internal problem with the data submitted. Please let the Autodesk Business Center know, error #111
Please contact Subscription Help.
If you would like to download the product upgrade under your former Subscription contract, please click here."
Clicking the 'Subscription Help' links to a page with suggestions to ring someone....but no phone numbers. really helpful, thanks. not at all aggrivating.
I have an account. I have had one for 9 years.
I only use it occassionally, but whenever I need to and at critical times - it gives me grief.
