Cannot Load LT 2008 on New Computer?

So I have this older version ACAD that does all I need to do here.
I just got a new computer and cannot load.
When I insert the CD it just whirrrrssss around and round.

When I manually initiate the Setup file it whirrrrs around a bit and says " The handle is invalid. Failure to copy the following files: support\aev\SetupDWFViewer.msi"

Another try and it is stuck on Setup Initialization with the progress bar almost complete.

Need to get this working please?

Thanks

Not sure about the issue itself, but there a few things to do to identify the problem and to be able to install the product.
• The OS is compatible with AutoCAD LT 2008? AutoCAD LT 2008 is compatible with:
o Windows XP Pro (SP2 minimum)
o Windows XP Home Edition (SP2 minimum)
o Windows Vista Enterprise
o Windows Vista Business
o Windows Vista Ultimate
o Windows Vista Home Premium
o Windows Vista Home Basic

• The last version of the Windows installer is present in the system?
o The last Windows installer (4.5) can be downloaded from this location: Windows Installer 4.5

• Your CD is damaged?
o Please try to copy the CD contents to a local directory in your hard drive and run the setup.exe from the newly copied directory. It works?

• Problems with the user profile?
o Please create a new Administrator account in the system, log with the new account and run the installation. Same problem?
