Cannot Activate

I am replacing 3 user computers with new ones, but I am not able to activate these online. I am assuming this is due to a limitation, which is fine. However, there is no option under "activate" to do manual activation. I found where it is located on the site, but when i login to start the manual activation... It is wanting me to enter server information for network licensing. The licensing we have is for "multi-seat standalones". Can anyone assist me?

Hello Carolyn, Please follow below link to solve you activation issue. http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2014/ENU/Auto... If the issue still exist, please click "Need Assistance" on the right up corner, Autodesk Front Desk will help you directly to active the your license.
