I am having the same problem and i have already compleated these steps along with others listed and my class starts monday please help
Deleting the Trusted Storage file requires reactivation and can resolve startup problems with licensing. You may also need to try a repair or reinstall.
The CascadeInfo.cas file in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Adlm can also be deleted to troubleshoot startup problems associated with licensing. If the CascadeInfo.cas file is missing the file will be recreated.
OK, so iv tried all of the afore mentioned steps and all i managed to do was make sure that my Maya 2010 no longer worked so what i did was restore every file i deleted and my Maya 2010 works fine now but I'm still receiving a licensing issue in the GUI mode for 2011 and when i tried to uninstall the product i received an error message that i have attached a picture of, any thoughts?
The adlmPITRemoveProductInformation failed error may require that you completely uninstall all Autodesk applications and reinstall them to resolve issues with the licensing service.
But first use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove Maya 2011. Then clear out the remaining folders for it and reinstall. Make sure no background applications, Antivirus, or other system utilities are running at install time as they may block or alter files and settings from being written. If this does not resolve it you will need to uninstall everything, clear out the folders then reinstall.
I have the same problem and there is no way to fix it.
i done every way, but nothing work. an casadinfo.cas file is never generated.
I don't know what to do know 😕
