    Dear Autodesk,

I am a student in the education community and have the same error when I try to activate the product after the installation. I currently have Windows 7 32-bit on a Toshiba Satellite L505D-S5983 ( if that matters at all).  I have a AMD Athlon 2 Dual-Core M300. When the activation page comes up (The one with the 30 day ticker and the option to activate) I click Activate option and this comes up:

    Please Help!

    Error

(are you sure your Win 7 is 32-bit (rare - installed by you)?
