Can't obtain student license

The title says it all, it gives me this error message when I select my product version and everything, very frusterating!!!!!

We are aware of this issue and are working to get it resolved ASAP. For now, please download your Autodesk student software (the download button is still enabled after you click off the error message) and use it as a trial (same features as the student version).

Oh, so you guys are going to make it so I can just view my license information?  How long will it take until you guys have it all fixed?  Thanks!
