Can't logon

I'm trying to get my license file for our Autodesk Design Academy 2013 server file.  I've been sending the files back and forth at eh na1.salesforce.com website.  Today I can't logon and I know that I'm using the correct username.  How do I recover my username for the website.  I would like to cross the license file off my list of summer projects.

Hello walkerr6,

 

You should be able to simply reply to the last email received from your support case and attach any relevant files / there is no need to login.

 

With that being said I can also help facilitate the license file request, and will reach out to you via phone shortly to make sure we get this resolved for you today.
