Can't install Product design suite 2014 "the system can't open the device...
Apparently, this issue is due to our company running Trend-Micro Anti-virus. Needs to be disabled temporarily. Unfortunately, a password is needed to turn it off and the IT guy is not here at the moment. So I wait.
