Can´t install 3d max 2012

Hi, I take several attempts and always it gives mistake, attach .log My OS is windows 7 x64  please help me.

1603 is generic error due to permissions, 

 

please try to install in diagnostics mode as administrator

 

if it fails, please post all the log files from %temp% folder

The solution that you give me does not cost, I have managed to install it in a very easy way, uncheked the mentalray satellite
