I purchased AutoCAD LT 2013 from Autodesk last month (disk, not download) and registered on line. Two things happened today that are very distressing.
First I received an error code 1603 when trying to install an update. Second, I cannot get to Up and Ready Support because I do not have a Product Request Code. When I follow the help instructions to get it, I'm sent round in circles in the registration process.
The time I have wasted because I can't talk to a real live person is frustrating to say the least, I need to get back to work. Help!
