Installation & Licensing

When I install 3ds max 2013 (tried 32 and 64 bit versions, on my 64 bit pc) and during the installation, i get an error message saying that some of the components can not be installed. when the installation is complete, both 3ds max and the backburner both fail to install properly. I also have issues uninstalling them to reinstall. Any suggestions?

Computer specs

8gigs ram

500gig hard drive

1.5 ghz i7 processor

1 or 2 gig graphics card ( can't remember and can't remember where to check)

You need to post install logs and screen captures.
