Hi,
I have a autocad student license installed on my laptop and desktop to practice for my school assignments, but on monday my computer broke and I had to buy a new one.
Today, I've installed on my new computer and when I tried to activate, it reported that I've already installed on the maximum allowed number of computers.
I understand that, and I've tried to transfer the license from my laptop, as I prefer to use my new desktop for Autocad, so after reading the articles from this site, I've tried to use he license transfer utility of my laptop, but it displays a message saying "The license you are trying to export is in use by one or more Autodesk products", which is not true, as I have closed all the autocad instances, killed all the Autodesk processes, but it continued showing this message.
So, I want to request your help regarding this, as anyone solved a similar problem? Thanks a lot for your attention, regards.
