Hi Emily,

 

I've just activated your Education Community account / made some account changes. Can you let me know if everything is working?

As mentioned in some of the previous posts, the activation email's can sometimes get routed to junk folders or blocked all together. I'd suggest that anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation make sure to look in those places, and also explore the option to validate over the phone via text message.

Hi  I can't activate my student (faculty) account-  no confirmation email has been received.  Can you manually activate?
