Can't Register 3DS MAX 2014 in Canada?

Hi, when I try to register, I'm given the error: Your product cannot be registered in Canada. (7)

Bought the license online in the US/Canada Store.

 

Please advise.

Do you know if the shipping and or billing address used to complete the purchase was US by chance?
