Can't Install Autocad Mechanical 2012 Windows 7 64 bit

Receiving the below error message when trying to install:

 

The system cannot open the device or file specified. C:\Users\djmcbri\AppData\Local\Temp\_AI5C71.tmp\x86\en-us\Components\adr2012\SetupDesignReview2012.msi

 

Every attempt at installing creates a temporary fold that points to this directory, where the file is located here but is unable to rn.

Clear that %TEMP% folder.  Temporarily disable your Anti-virus, especially if Trend or Norton.  Make sure UAC is off and make sure you are installing with local admin rights.  In fact, you might even try to install as the Administrator account.
