Can not use LTU to move revit 2012 to new PC

I have Revit 2012, and I am trying to move Revit from an old PC to a new one.

 

It is saying I have invalid serial #. Which is not the case.

 

Any ideas?

It probably is the case.  If your 2012 was upgraded, cross-graded, or was under Subscription that has expired, then your serial number is invalid.  You will need to contact your Reseller or Autodesk Subscription support.
