Can I use trial version for a commersial work?

I 'd like to evaluate a newer version of 3ds Max. Some other programms do not allow trial/demo versions for commersial work using. Is it so with 3ds max too? So can I use the trial at my current work tasks or it's only for testing during a few weekends?
I can admit I understand absoluttely nothing in Autodesk EULAs, even less in my native language and always feel like I need to hire a lawyer to read it. So would be appresiative if somebody make the thing clear.
