Can I sell things made with the Entertainment Creation Suite for Education 2012

Lets say I made a game with the Entertainment Creation Suite for Education 2012 software could I sell it and make profit? Or is it for personal use only?

Unfortunately you can't sell anything produced with your Entertainment Creation Suite for Education. As this is an educational license, it is valid for personal use for education purposes only (not including commercial, professional or for-profit usage).

I've attached the end user license agreement for your reference.

you would have to buy the commercial version and redo the work in that version

I have one more question for you. Can I upgrade to either standard or premium from the education version? If so do I get any discount? Thanks

not much of a discount your still going to pay several thousand dollars

I was unable to find any current upgrade paths from the education license to commercial. This could change at any time however, as there are constantly new promotions or programs aimed at moving students and educators into the professional market.
