My problem is the CFD 2013 can not find the license server. After installation, It automatically generated this LICPATH.LIC where it puts the (xxxx) server name I keyed in. I wonder if you still need to configure something on the .LIC in order to find the server. I have configured the license using LMTOOLS as per http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=18318727&linkID=9240617#section5 . But it prompts me an error when the license is launched.
Looks like the way CFD2013 looking for the server name is totally different approach compared to the CFD2011. I tried running our CFD2011 and it can run using the same server name.Anyone can share some experience and info how I can fix this problem.
You cannot configure the NLM with the LICPATH.LIC file. This is not a valid license file. It is simply a pointer file that directs the client to the NLM server for a license. You need to obtain the license from Autodesk or your Reseller and configure it properly.

You will need to provide your serial number and ethernet ID of the new license server.
