I've installed the product and was not promted to enter the serial or product #, after reading through some of the information--it appears that this was activated through the installation process. I've been using the product, but my professor and I noticed the program does not have all of the features. For example, when measuring a rectangle, the side box with dimensions does not show up, but instead is reflected in text near the bottom ribbon. Do I need to uninstall & reinstall? Also, I did go into the product and registration process and when I go to enter the product request code, it's not
recognizing the product key I recevied in the original email upon activation.
