Building Design Suite Premium error

The error that I'm getting is"Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing.................."

Any ideas anybody?

We have downloaded the .exe file, various ways using different browsers, and always get the same .exe file. The error occurs when trying to install from this file, i.e. the installation file is incomplete. The previous screen grab is the error throw up during the installation.

If you use Browser Download there may be multiple parts.In IE11 on Win 7 - 64 when I downloaded IDSP 2015 I had to do a Save as 3 times. I had the same error you had the first time because I thought I had clicked multiple times and it was a duplicate download.
