Building Design Suite Premium 2014 Upgrade?

We have a subcription, but there is no download for Building Design Suite Premium 2014? I went through the support virtual assistant and found the download for the BDSP 14 but not sure how to get the license key since it is suppose to go through the menu where the upgrade doesn't exist.

The serial number for your 2014 version must be given to you by your Contract Manager.

 

I have sent you a Private Message mentioning the name of your Contract Manager (click on the envelope by your screenname at the top of this page).
