Blank activation window with scroll bar

I installed AutoCAD 2014 and was unable to activate the product as the activation window was blank with 2 radio buttons. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the product several times, following insctuctions from the community support team. I have followed all of the processes on this link http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=6404339&linkID=9240617 and now have a blank activation window with a scroll bar and no radio buttons (see attached screenshot). I can't even use the product as a trial anymore even though I only installed it last week.

Welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, this is a common issue for some reason.  But it is fixable.

Good Luck!

Please refer to my original post. I have tried everything on this link. http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=6404339&linkID=9240617

I have also read through the form you sent me and none of the solutions there have worked either.

I am using Windows 7
I have uninstalled Google Chrome and am now using Internet Explorer.
I have tried creating a new administrator account and activating AutoCAD through there.
I have changed my internet settings.
I have unregistered and registered the dll files.
I have edited every single html file in the webdepot folder.

The amount of people who have this problem is ridiculous and the lack of a phone number to call for support is even more ridiculous. Please help me activate my software as I have a deadline soon and for goodness sake stop sending me to the services and support page!

Phone support is handled thru your value added Reseller.

But I agree, it is a widespread problem. The best we can do is help each
other on it when it arrives.
