Blank activation screen

EVERY autodesk product i try to use, it gives me a blank activation screen (attached picture)

i have a 3 year student license with autodesk but i am unable to activate my products with this license.

this has been happening since november, and i've tried it with both maya and 3dsmax 2011 64 bit.

i have windows 7 64 bit.

i even tried running 2010 32bit versions of the products and i still get the same blank activation screen.

i've contacted autodesk but they are unable to help with this issue.

This issue is typically related to the operating systems corrupted jscript.dll file.

Please try this : http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS1053941

Or

Re-register Jscript.dll file :
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regsvr32 jscript.dll, and then click OK.
3. Click OK.

i've tried that a while ago and it didn't seem to fix the problem.

I am also having this problem I've tried everything suggested and it didn't work for me 😞 I've been trying to activate 3ds max and it lets me try it, but when I try to activate it it shows me the blank screen with the 2 radio buttons.

i m tired now to doing this all suggestion i completly tryed all suggestion not only in my laptop even i tryed in my friend computer, lapto too. but all fail not working at all.how it could be

i dont understand y a lot of people can get same problem i guess this this problem of autodesk program

not in our setting.

None of these comments work!! There obviously is no solution...What a heap of rubbish. It's a fricking website adress which doesn't load! Autodesk sort yourself out!
