Batch script Subscription Pack install

I am creating a batch file to deploy Inventor 2011.  I want to include the subscription pack in this as well as relevant service packs.  I believe I know the answer but would like some confirmation in case there is a better way.

I intend to create my network deployment which includes SP1.  I will use a batch file to uninstall the old Inventor version (2009) and then call the deployment to install 2011.  I will have to script it to then install the subscription pack (which I have extracted from the exe) using a silent or passive flag.  To complete the installation I will then have to call the SP" specific for the SAP.

Am I going about this the right way?
