Bad store experience

Hi

 

In 21/7 i purchased Scaleform for Unity PC but no serial number generated

 

so i contacted the costumer support, but for one week they did nothing

 

after that in 29/7, i asked for refund and until now i recevied nothing

 

I love Autodesk products but i'm not satisfied with this experience actually i was thinking about buying Scaleform for IOS and Android also

 

Now i would be happy if you can help me either by sending me the serial number or the money back
