BUG in Acad Mech 6 -- won't read admin configuration file

I oringally posted this in the mcad.mdt6.support NG, but since those guys
won't answer posts about autocad mechanical there, I'll try posting here
since it's sort of a networking issue (mostly just a bug with mechanical
though).

-----------------
I've tried and tried to get my deployment to auto read an adminstrative
configuration file from the network, but it won't work. I can and did do
this 2000i, but can't get it to work with Mechanical 6. Below is the
contents of my appsetup.inf file. The servername does not have spaces and
is the same server that 2000i used/uses.

Does anyone use this feature? Has anyone gotten it work work with MDT or
Mechanical 6?
