I am trying to create an admin image of Autodesk Acad 2004 on a machine running W2K Server SP4. Each time it starts to configure the ACAD 2004 image it fails with the following error:-
Internal Error 2203 -2147287008
Event log shows msiInstaller as the source with event ID 10005 and above error text.
I'm pretty new to this Acad installation stuff so not sure what could be causing this.....
First guess
The computer running the NIW needs to have the MS installer 3.0 or higher available.
If you have a workstation on site that is current with MS updates, put the autodesk Network Installation Wizard on that computer and build the deployment site from there.
The NIW doesn't need to be on the server as the deployment site is just data.
