Autodesk download Manager port

Autodesk Max Design 3ds 2014

I have a customer who cannot use download manager and is getting corrupt files when using the browser downloader.  Does anyone know which port(s) Download Manager is using?  Also, is there a way I can change which port(s) it is using, to say, 80?

I believe it uses ports 80 and 443. Opening those up and or temporarily disabling ones firewall typically resolves these Download Manager issues.

CRC / corrupt file errors are typically combated by using a different browser.
