Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 6 CD unreadable

A couple months back, I bought an autodesk sketchbook pro off of Amazon, but never had time to try it out up until now. When I did, the CD does not show up when inserted into the computer.  I ran a check on the drive and it said that the CD was unreadable. Is there anything I can do to exchange the disk?

It's probably a DVD. Did you try reading it from another drive?
