Autodesk Revit 2013 has stopped working on startup

I have the list of things to try....:)

but I am unable to rename this file in Windows 7:

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_*_tsf.data

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Why can you not rename the file?

AzaleaTaylor,

Hello. You would be unable to rename this if a licensing process was still running. If you open Task manager, LMU.exe may be running. Kill the process. This will let you rename the TSF.data file, or reboot and don’t try to start a program.

For Revit, you may want to uninstall and reinstall the program. You could have a corrupt installation.
