Autodesk License problem

Hello All

So I got the Autodesk student programs. Including 3Ds Max, Sketch book, Mudbox and Inventor.

Now Sketchbook and inventor are not registered yet and when I do go register them the license window pops up and nothing shows just a white blank screen.

I tried turning of firewall but still nothing happens

What's wrong?

oh and I did follow the problem on the FAQ but still got the problem, help please can't use Sketchbook anymore !
