    Autodesk Invertor Prof. instalation problem - nothing instal please help

    I Cant install any component/program of Autodesk Invertor Professional. I have serial number from student section because Im student from one school. When I downloaded installer from Autodesk student site, apply serial code, then the installations completed in few minutes but the result is that nothing installed, every program have red cross next to it and it says that nothing installed. Please help. I attach a log file from that. By the way my computer reaches the recommended requirements.

    Hi S.Reald and welcome to the Discussion Forums!

     

    You may want to try to the "Browser Download" option for your product. It sometimes works better than the "Download Now" choice. Clearing out your cookies and cache as well as temporarily disarming any firewalls or antivirus software also helps.

    Your product is failing to install because the prerequiste program required by the installer is newer than the version being installed. Please uninstall the prerequisite program causing the issue and run your installer again.
